I’m often asked about my thoughts on aesthetic treatments, and I always like to be honest. The truth is, I treat my own face. After years of looking for a practitioner who shares my exact standards, I realised I just couldn’t find someone quite as meticulous as I am. Yes, I own my perfectionist traits, but I believe that’s exactly what benefits my patients. I want your treatment to be as perfect as it’s physically possible, and I’m determined to ensure it’s done right.

I’m proud to embrace the aging process, moving through the decades with confidence, and still appreciating my reflection. I think there’s something comforting about finding a practitioner who looks natural but appreciates a few tweaks. I’m cautious of both extremes: practitioners who overdo it and those who avoid the journey of aesthetics altogether. There’s a healthy middle ground, and it’s important to find a practitioner who gets that balance—someone who takes the time to understand your goals and offers natural, refined results.

Prioritising time for you can be really good for you. In fact, it’s necessary for healthy living. You usually have a lot on your mind, and lots of tasks to complete on the daily, but never have much time for you.

Since I started talking therapy (about 6 years ago) I’m more in tune with my self awareness, how I communicate and how I impact others. A keen self reflector. I’m comfortable being wrong and even more comfortable improving myself. Not so keen at making mistakes in my art project, but I’m working on my perfectionist issues 😅

Times like these give me time to think, time to let go of minor tensions, and time to just clear my thoughts 💭

RGN means Registered General Nurse. You can only use this if you’ve graduated from university with a nursing diploma or degree 👩🏻‍🎓 and registered by the NMC governing body (Nursing & Midwifery Council).

INP means Independent Nurse Prescriber 👩🏻‍⚕️You can only use this if you’ve completed the non-medical prescribing course at university. Well known in nursing to be the most difficult course to pass! It gives me independent prescribing rights, and I don’t need a doctor to supervise me.

PGCert is the post graduate certificate I earned in clinical aesthetics🏆This is at masters level and is specific in my role here @perfectsecretaesthetics
